Because we deal exclusively in digital products and services, there is no physical shipping involved. Once access is provided, customers can begin using their purchased product immediately or as per the communicated delivery timeline.

Digital Products & User Responsibility

dUniverze acts as a digital service facilitator. While we provide access to genuine digital products and subscriptions, users are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of the original service providers. Each platform—whether it is a productivity tool, CRM system, or software provider—has its own usage policies, limitations, and guidelines.

Subscriptions & Downloadable Products

Our Refund Philosophy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not possible once a product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or activated. Digital goods cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once granted.

If a customer does not receive the purchased product or faces a genuine issue caused from our side, our team works continuously to resolve the problem. Our primary approach is always issue resolution first, not refunds. In rare cases where resolution is not possible, refunds may be considered in accordance with the payment gateway’s refund cycle.
